Pressure

< back

Dwyer pressure & vacuum instruments, differential pressure gages, switches, transmitters.
  • Magnehelic differential pressure gages indicate positive, negative or differential, accurate within 2% of full scale.  Digihelic differential pressure controller is a 3-in-1 instrument  possesing a digital display gage, control relay swithches, and a transmitter with 4-20 mA current output.
  • Digihelic is is the ideal instrument for pressure, velocity and flow applications, achieving a 0.5% full scale accuracy on ranges from 0.6 to 250 mbar.
  • Dwyer gas pressure manometers are designed for natural gas and can be used to monitor any compatible gases, up to 380 mm of water column. U-Tube manometers can be used up to 914 mm water or mercury column.
  • Dwyer miniature pressure and vacuum switches are speciallty designed for OEM applications, from 0.69 to 10.3 bar pressure and 8 to 822 mbar for vacuum applications.
  • Dwyer industrial pressure transmitters are ideal for OEMs with 0.25-1% full scale accuracy sensors, for compressors, pumping systems, irrigation equipment, hydraulic, industrial process monitoring appications.

Temperature - Humidity

< back

Dwyer temperature sensors provide a quantitative indication of temperature through a variety of methods including bulb, and capillary, infrared, bimetal, termocouple, thermistor and RTD.
  • Temperature switches
  • Temperature indicators
  • Temperature/Humidity switches
  • Temperature/Process controllers
  • Limit controls
  • Temperature transmitters
  • Thermocouples & RTDs
  • Digital thermocouple termometers
  • Infrared thermometers
  • Infrared sensors

Dwyer Model 485 digital hygrometers are versatile, compact, hand-held intrument for measuring percentage of relative humidity and temperature. Dew point and wet bulb temperature is derived from relative humidity and temperature measurements and displayed on the LCD display.

Dwyer humidity/temperature transmitters provide two 4-20 mA channel to produce separate output signals for both relative humidity and temperature.

Velocity - Flow

< back

Dwyer flowmeters are used to indicate or manually control of air/gas or water/liquid flow.
  • Dwyer flowmeters are ideal for wide  range of OEM and user applications in medical equipment, air samplers, gas analyzers, pollution monitors, chemial injectors, cabinet purging etc. Industrial type dwyer flowmeters are specially ideal for compressor or pump capacity measurement etc.
  • Dwyer mass flow controllers, flow transmitters and switches are used to control gas flow rates. Sight flow indicators and liquid flow controllers are used to control liquid flow. Dwyer totalizers are used to measure batch and cumulative totals in liquid transfer systems.

In air conditioning, heating and ventilating works, it is important to determine and measure air velocity.

  • Dwyer air velocity instrument Model 400 is most poppular presicision air velocity instrument to balance air conditioning systems, measure pressure drop across filters and test fan and blower discharge and inlet pressures, as well as air velocity in ducts.
  • Dwyer Model 471 digital thermo anemometers are versatile dual function instruments that quickly and easily measure air velocity and temperature.

Level

< back

Dwyer dry bulk and liquid level controls are designed to perform two functions:

A. To maintain a level. When the level of a liquid or dry bulk material reaches a pre-determined high or low set point, a pump is shut off or turned on. This cycle is repeated continously in a sump, tank, lubrication equipment, bin or other pressurized or non-pressurized vessel.

B. To monitor a safe level or detect not-to-exceed level. That is to act as an alarm, or shut down, or both. This can be high or low functions or both.

  • Float/Level switches
  • Sensors/Level controls
  • Level transmitters
